【Abstract】Manufacturing innovation by ICT technologies is a hot topic in industries. This talk will describe the issue from five aspects, respectively full automation, feedback by statistics & analytics, right time/right quantity production, multi plant operation and mobile plant.

【Bio】Byunggon Lee is vice president and head of Manufacturing Enterprise Solutions Team in Samsung SDS, offering MES solutions and services (consulting, system integration, IT Outsourcing, etc) to various industries such as electronics, semiconductor, display, solar, chemical, etc. He has successfully driven new industrial solutions to address customer’s specific business problems and technologies based on Real Time Enterprise(RTE) with bringing in innovative production methods. He published two books in Korea naming “RTE” and “PalyPaly Methodology” to emphasize these experiences and project methodologies. He is an industrial engineering graduate from Seoul National University.
