Biography

Dr. Fang He is a tenured Associate Professor and Ph.D. supervisor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Tsinghua University, where he currently serves as the Deputy Director of Research. Dr. He was selected as a Young Top-notch Talent under the “Ten Thousand Talents Program” by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee.


Dr. He has long been dedicated to teaching and research in the field of transportation operations and management. His research interests include:
