个人简介

皋琴,清华大学工业工程系副教授,博导。研究方向是人因工程与人机交互,关注个体认知、社会行为和技术系统之间的相互影响,聚焦1)复杂技术系统、2)在线社交平台、3)面向消费者的交互产品设计中的关键人因和人机交互问题。学术研究特点强调现实问题和理论研究的相互驱动,通过融合行为研究的理论与方法、心理生理测量与建模,以及数据驱动的研究方法,从多个视角深入理解人在与系统和产品互动过程中的能力、需求与体验,为系统和产品的设计提供理论基础、设计导则和评价方法,并探讨和验证以人为本的创新交互设计模式。目前已发表100+学术论文,其中53篇发表在SCI/SSCI期刊上(Google Scholar Profile)。主持和参与完成了13项国家或省市资助的竞争性研究课题,20余项横向研究课题,与复杂技术系统(如中国广核集团、中国核电运行技术公司、上海核工程研究设计院)和信息技术产品(如华为、荣耀、小米、联想、爱立信、西门子)等领域的重要单位和企业展开广泛合作。

现任美国人因与工效学会(Human Factors & Ergonomics Society)中国分部主席,SCI源刊《International Journal of Human-Computer Interaction》(2016-present)和《Human factors and Ergonomics in Manufacturing and Service Industries》(2013-2015)的编委。自2009和2011年起,担任应用工效学大会(Applied Human Factors and Ergonomics, AHFE)和国际人机交互大会(Human-Computer International, HCII)两个工效学和人机交互领域重要国际会议的组委成员;自2020年开始担任HCII系列会议之一International Conference on Human Aspects of IT for the Aged Population (ITAP)的会议主席。

l “现代人因工程”( 2007-今,本科生专业限选课,3学分):“现代人因工程”是工业工程专业本科生的专业限选课,主要面向工业工程专业三年级本科生开设。此课程衔接在“人因工程”之后,目标是让本科生对人因工程学科中的重要研究领域有完整的了解。”人因工程”介绍人的生理和心理属性,及其对作业流程、工作地布局、系统信息显示和控制设计等系统元素的影响。“现代人因工程”则以认知工效和人机交互为核心,教学目标是让学生了解人的认知能力特点与局限性及其对人机交互的影响,掌握从人的需求和特性出发设计和评估交互系统的流程、方法和工具,为后续人因和人机交互设计方向进一步的科研深造或职业发展打好基础。

l “以用户为中心的交互设计”(2021-今,本科通识选修课,2学分)本课程是在“现代人因工程”课程基础上开设面向全校本科生的通识选修课,内容是以用户为中心设计的流程、方法和工具,穿插对于人的认知特性和相关设计原则的介绍,由本人承担全部32学时课程讲授。相比于“现代人因工程”,本课程更强调设计实践和跨学科团队协作。课程吸引了建筑、美院、汽车、社科、管院、计算机、软件学院等多个方向的学生。课程项目中完成的交互设计作品多次被同学们在课堂外进一步发展和展示,其中本科生王思绮(美术学院)、王雅淇(建筑学院)的《“手口同心”听障辅助APP设计》获得2022年北京市 “大学生创新创业训练计划”立项支持,马云翔(建筑学院)和张玉莹(建筑学院)的设计项目《猫狗部落》在清华大学2023年“软件创新创意大赛”获得第一名。

l “人因学研究数据分析”( 2013-今,研究生专业基础课,2学分):本门课程的定位是面向已经有一定统计知识基础的研究生,重点培养的是在实际科研工作中通过数据分析回答研究问题的能力。目的是让学生 1)了解人因类实证研究流程和方法,及数据从收集到整理、分析、形成结论并展示的完整流程;2) 系统全面地掌握人因学研究中用到的数据统计分析方法及其在实际研究中的应用。具体方法包括探索性分析、分组比较分析、多元回归、因素分析、分类数据分析、混合线性模型等。3) 了解数据结果解释和展示的学术规范和原则,包括结果图表的设计和英文论文撰写。

l “人机交互” (2015-今,研究生专业限选课,2学分):此课程是面向工业工程研究生的专业限选课。其定位是人机交互方向研究的入门课程,目标是让学生掌握人机交互领域的核心概念和理论,培养学生完成人机交互方向研究的能力,在广度上了解人机交互领域当前的重要研究方向和议题(如人工智能、在线社交、虚拟现实/扩展现实、人-机器人等)。课程开展形式混合了课堂讲授、小组讨论、实践活动、以及项目研讨和报告。

l “领导与沟通”(2012-今,工程管理硕士专业基础课,2学分):此课程是面向清华大学工程管理硕士的专业基础课,旨在帮助学生理解并掌握现代领导力理论和实践,课程将探讨领导者在不同情境下的角色与责任,并深入研究沟通在领导力中的核心作用。课程内容包括权力与影响力概念、领导者的角色与个体差异影响、领导行为与风格、团队发展与领导、冲突管理与谈判、激励与反馈、沟通基础等。除课堂教授外,还通过案例分析、个人经验分享和小组讨论等多种方法,学习如何在实际情境中应用领导策略和沟通技巧。
