个人简介

祁炜博士现为清华大学工业工程系长聘副教授。 加入清华前,于2017年至2022年任加拿大麦吉尔大学管理学院助理教授、(终身)副教授,兼任美国劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室中国能源研究室战略顾问。 2010年本科毕业于浙江大学竺可桢学院和控制工程与科学系,2011年硕士毕业于加州大学洛杉矶分校化学与分子生物工程系,2015年博士毕业于美国加州大学伯克利分校工业工程与运筹系。曾在劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室任博士后研究员, 在美国硅谷高科技公司承担算法开发工作。


祁炜团队的研究方向是 “智慧城市运筹学”,即从运筹学的观点来审视和解决当今城市发展中涌现出的各种新挑战,例如电网交通网耦合、最后一公里物流、共享经济、气候韧性等。反过来,研究这些问题亦有助于推动运筹学理论(如离散优化、排队论、数据驱动优化)的发展。他的研究发表在运筹学和管理科学国际顶尖期刊上,并受邀广泛在国际国内的会议和高校进行报告。其跨学科研究还发表在 IEEE Transactions on Power Systems 和 IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid 等权威系统工程期刊上。曾获 INFORMS SOLA Chuck ReVelle Rising Star 奖,INFORMS ENRE 能源领域最佳论文奖等学术荣誉。


祁炜博士曾领导多个国际资助的研究项目,例如加拿大魁北克研究基金会-中国国家科学基金会智慧城市和大数据研究计划。主持一系列项目得到加拿大和魁北克省主要资助机构支持,如加拿大自然科学与工程研究理事会(NSERC)、加拿大社会科学和人文科学研究理事会(SSHRC)、 数据评估研究院(IVADO)等。合作研究机构包括加拿大蒙特利尔交通署等国内外政府和企业。
